2 tablespoons white sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk

The procedure:

Drain and mash the canned sweet potatoes with the white sugar, 2 tablespoons of the brown sugar and 1/4 cup of the butter. Beat in the evaporated milk, eggs and orange juice. Next, slightly butter the crockpot, and subsequently incorporate the mixture of sweet potato to it.

The flour, pecans, along with the remaining brown sugar and butter will then be mixed together. And then, this mixture will be spread on top of the mixture of sweet potato. Cover the crockpot and wait for around 3 and 1/2 hours to cook it. It is best to serve it hot.
